Dolphin Resource Group has been managing and maintaining group homes, providing project and construction management for capital projects, and project managing repairs and maintenance for its clients for many years.
After establishing an excellent track record providing these services to our profit and not-for-profit clients, Dolphin Resource Group is offering the following expanded facility and property management services. In addition, routine maintenance services are also available to elders and individuals in the community who are no longer able to perform them but wish to remain in their homes.
Dolphin Resource Group will:
- Assess needs of clients
- Write specifications for the work
- Supervise the Request for Proposal process (if needed)
- Manage the assessment of the proposals
- Source contractors or sub-contractors (including for routine maintenance)
- Manage sub-contractors
- Manage the completion of the work according to agreed upon specifications
- Ensure that all work is done according to existing codes
